The Ronin Bags
The Ronin Bag Named after the cosmic serpent of the Ucayali. It is said that she is the mother of all design and that her skin holds all patterns of the universe.
These pieces are some of our most intricate works—every inch covered in hand-embroidery,
utilising strong colours to mirror the vibrant Amazonian landscape and the bold
resilience of the women who live there.
The Ronin Bag
The Ronin Bag is a bridge between ancestral art and daily life. Because of the density of the embroidery and the complexity of the construction, each bag is a singular creation, currently available by commission only.
This is a piece intended to be carried for a lifetime—a functional sanctuary for your most personal items.
Bespoke Craftsmanship
Every Ronin Bag is constructed from hand-embroidered cotton, often repurposed from traditional textiles that carry their own history within the stitches. This process ensures that no two bags will ever be identical.

"Crafted from reclaimed traditional textiles, giving new life to heritage embroidery."
The Ronin Bag
The Ronin Bag is a functional piece of heritage, blending the intricate geometric codes of the Amazon with the vibrant weaving traditions of the Andes. Each bag is a singular creation, currently available by bespoke commission only.
The Material Story
Our bags are constructed from hand-embroidered textiles, often repurposed from chitontis (traditional wrap-skirts) that carry their own history within the stitches. While a small number of bags may share the same foundation textile, the placement of the pattern and the pairing of the strap ensure that no two pieces are ever identical.
* The Dimensions: 30 x 24 cm — a structured size for your daily essentials.
* The Strap: Each bag features a standard-length strap of hand-woven wool, sourced from the Andes Mountains. These straps bring a touch of mountain texture and a unique variation of colors to the design.
* The Foundation: Choose a base color of deep Black, natural Cream, or a custom hue to set the tone for your commission.
Price: $175 A reflection of the weeks of hand-embroidery and traditional weaving required for each piece.
